1. An Abstract Number was assigned when your paper was selected. Please ensure that you use the correct abstract number for your paper.
2. Title of the paper as it appears in the uploaded file. The title may differ from the Abstract Title.
3. Principal author is defined as the first name which appears in the uploaded file. Please do not use prefixes (Mr., Ms., Dr., etc.)
4. Email address of the person submitting the paper. This may not be the principal author. If there are any questions about this submittal, we will contact this email address.
5. a. Only files with a doc or pdf file extension (MS Word© or Adobe Acrobat©) will be accepted. Only submit a pdf file if a doc file is NOT available.
    b. File name should be the abstract number followed by up to the first five letters of principal author's last name. If the file name is incorrectly named, it will be renamed by the upload utility. (Do not use spaces in the file name).
    c. Files will be limited to 20MB.  If your file is larger than 20 MB, or you have any problems with this form, or you do not want to use this form to submit your paper, please consult the Author's Instructions for other paper submittal options.
6. The abstract should be the first section of your paper. Please 'cut-and-paste' it here in text format. This input will be used to produce a synopsis of papers.
At least one of the authors must register for the 27th DASC in order to have the paper published in the Proceedings.
