Billy Josefsson (BJ) has an operational background as an air traffic controller all ratings civil and military. BJ has since 1994 building teams of excellence from the operational and academic world and together performed extensive research results with national, European and Global actors. BJ focus on human centered automation embracing new technology and ML / AI for ATM, UTM, AAM where risk and safety assessment and safety culture are a priority along efficiency and sustainability. Since 2024 BJ is a faculty member of Linköping University and the CEO of space2ground consulting.
