Dr. Liang Tang is a Principal Scientist at GE Aerospace Research with over twenty years of experience in jet engine controls, diagnostics, prognostics, and AI/ML applications. Previously, he was an Associate Director in Pratt & Whitney’s Controls & Diagnostic Systems group and served as Intelligent Control lead at Impact Technologies, a Sikorsky company. Liang is active in ASME and SAE technical committees, including the SAE G34 Committee on AI in Aviation.
