Stephen Clarke is a Aerospace Research Engineer affiliated with the NASA Aeronautics Research Institute (NARI) at NASA Ames Research Center. In this position, he is interested in applying cutting edge AI/ML techniques to complex decision problems in Air Traffic Management (ATM) with a focus on natural language processing. Some specific areas of interest include text data mining, transfer learning and speech to text. He holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Sacred Heart University and an MS in Computer Engineering from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
