Dr. Tor Finseth is a Lead R&D Scientist at Honeywell Aerospace. His work sits at the intersection of human factors, speech technology, AI, and aerospace systems. At Honeywell, Dr. Finseth is focused on developing speech technologies, biosensing, cognitive states estimation, and virtual reality. He leads an IARPA ARTS program on real-time speech anonymization, while coordinating three university labs. Before joining Honeywell, Dr. Finseth previously worked at SpaceX and served in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel. He earned his Ph.D. from Iowa State University.
